BookSmart Scribbles Foundation was born from years spent serving students, families, and schools.
As an educator, school leader, and advocate, founder Jasmine Booker witnessed a recurring challenge: children had the ability to learn, families wanted to support them, and educators were working tirelessly to help them succeed. Yet many students still lacked consistent access to the foundational tools that reinforce learning outside of the classroom.
Over time, one truth became clear:
Educational inequity is often less about ability and more about access.
BookSmart Scribbles Foundation was created to help close that gap.
Through thoughtfully designed literacy and numeracy resources, community partnerships, and sustainable distribution models, we work to place high-quality learning tools into the hands of children and families who need them most.
We believe no child should be "classed out" of their right to foundational learning.
Every workbook distributed, every partnership formed, and every donation received helps move us closer to a future where access to learning is not determined by circumstance, but by opportunity.
